Booking Terms

Reservation Process:

  2. 50% deposit required to confirm booking

  3. Remaining 50% paid on event day

  4. 3-day cancellation policy - cancel 3+ days before event for full deposit refund

Venue Guidelines:

  • ✅ Custom decorations welcome (must be discussed and approved in advance)

  • ✅ Flexible furniture arrangements - we'll help you create the perfect layout

  • ✅ Music until midnight - after 2AM, volume must be lowered (neighborhood consideration)

  • ❌ No drugs - strictly prohibited

  • ❌ No gambling - poker or card games involving money not permitted

Special Considerations:

  • Public holidays & peak season dates may include modest surcharge (we'll notify in advance)

  • Extended events beyond 4 hours are negotiable
