COCKTAIL WORKSHOP:
A Taste of Thailand
Learn 3 essential cocktail techniques in one afternoon, surrounded by nature & pop art.
L'Envol Art Space and Bootlegger are teaming up for a hands-on cocktail workshop guided by Khun Tong, brand ambassador of Chalong Bay. Khun Tong brings years of mixology expertise and a deep passion for Thai ingredients. He'll walk you through every step, from your first shake to your final stir.
You make and drink each cocktail and you leave with the skills to make at home.
The Program
THREE COCKTAILS, THREE TECHNIQUES
☕ Lanna Espresso Martini — The Shake
Lanna Vodka meets fresh Northern Thai espresso, shaken with simple syrup until perfectly frothy. A cocktail that brings together Chiang Mai craft spirit and locally roasted coffee in every sip. Garnished with a coffee bean.🥭 Spicy Mango Mojito — The Build
Chalong Bay Rum from Phuket, muddled with fresh mango, lime, and mint leaves, topped with soda over crushed ice. A tropical build with a kick of fresh chili. You'll learn the building technique — no shaker needed, just precision and balance.🥃 Chrysanthemum Negroni — The Stir
Saneha Gin infused with dried chrysanthemum, stirred with two Mancino vermouths — Bianco Ambrato and Secco. A refined, floral take on the timeless classic. Garnished with lemon peel.
What to Expect
You'll make each cocktail yourself under Khun Tong's guidance.
Along the way, you'll discover the stories behind Bootlegger's Thai craft spirits, Lanna Vodka. By the end, you'll walk away with three new cocktails in your repertoire and the confidence to make them at home.
